Please can staff supporting patients with the Google devices as part of this pilot complete a brief evaluation survey.
The survey asks simple multiple-choice questions about your experience using the devices and the websites/activities.
If you would prefer to complete a paper version, these should be available on the wards or ask your Trainee Clinical Psychologist for a form.
